To make an omelet, you have to break some eggs. This phrase only helps those who are concerned with the maintenance of shells. At least, that is the only conclusion we can come up with. Why else would someone be concerned about the breaking of eggs? Aside from chickens, but they aren’t eating any omelets anyways.
